So the Rams are not good. Randy McMichael knew this(coming off a 33-6 loss to Seattle). Yet he still went ahead and guaranteed a victory against the Browns even though they hadn't won a game all year.

Don't know if it motivated the Browns (doesn't look like the needed it), but they beat the Rams 27-20

It wasn't all Randy's fault though. He did his part, with a game changing two catches for 39 yards.
