Drunk on a Scooter in Dawsonville

So this isn't sports related but it is funny. In Dawsonville, Georgia a man was arrested for DUI while driving his scooter (like the ones they have in grocery stores for old people) on the wrong side of road. The man, who has cerebral palsy, uses the scooter as a wheelchair and blew a .125. My thoughts on the issue - who is a drunk guy in wheelchair going to hurt?

Based on the picture I found, which is not related to this story, it must be common to get drunk on these things.
